Your program is customized for you and what you have available as far as equipment. You can complete your strength training workouts at any time, whether at home, at the gym, or at any location, day or night.
As your online personal coach, I will design a Resistance Strength Training program that is custom built to your needs and goals and flexible to your changing situation.
Each week you complete the week of workouts and track them via the app in your personalized dashboard. We will review your results, make adjustments, and provide any additional recommendations.
Biweekly checkins done via email or text - no video chat
